Return Timeframe

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • All returns must be approved in advance. Please contact us before sending any items back.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • All original packaging must be included

  • Products that have been opened but remain in resalable condition may be accepted at our discretion

  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements


Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to customer reasons (such as ordering the wrong item or no longer needing the product), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping cost

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, including any expedited or upgraded shipping selected by the customer


Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery

  • Please provide your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Once the defective item is returned and inspected, we will offer a replacement or refund


Condition After Return

  • All returned items will be inspected upon arrival

  • If an item is returned damaged, incomplete, or unsellable, a partial refund (30%–70%) may be issued based on the condition of the returned item

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit


Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 2 days of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned after delivery to be eligible for a refund


Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 1 business day

  • After processing, refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider (such as PayPal or your bank)
